Driver Workflow: Mobile app for truck drivers to manage trips, forms, and history. Trip Panel offers real-time info, arrival prompts, stop forms, and reminders.
MY ROLE

I conducted design audits, collaborated with the Product Manager and engineering team, and led ideation and usability testing.

  • Project success: NPS rose from 3.4 to 4.

Enhanced Form Design

Revamped our form interface for a smoother experience. Easily navigate and understand form functionalities with improved hierarchy, icons, and a search feature.
